1. Data Ownership
StormGrade operates strictly as a data processor on behalf of its client damage restoration partners. All call audio, homeowner loss details, insurance policy data, and technician dispatch records belong exclusively to the client partner. We never sell, monetize, or train generic public models on proprietary client emergency dispatch data.
2. Incident Telephony & Homeowner Security
Caller audio streams are processed securely through certified telecommunications carriers. Homeowner live tracking links use encrypted single-use tokens and expire automatically after thirty (30) days. Internal technician details and dispatch escalation retry logs are permanently scrubbed from homeowner-facing views.
3. Retention & Disposal
Emergency call recordings and dispatch audit trails are retained for ninety (90) days to support client insurance documentation and guarantee SLA verification, after which they are permanently purged unless retention is specifically extended under contract.
